Get Up and Running in Four Steps
Follow these steps to go from a fresh account to a fully operational savings group.Log in for the first time
Open the invitation email your administrator sent you, click the activation link, and set a secure password. You will be taken directly to the Agatabo dashboard.Activate your account →
Invite your members
Go to Organization Users in the sidebar and click Invite Member. Enter each person’s name, email address, and role. They will receive their own activation email.Invite members →
Record your first deposit
Navigate to Savings → Deposits and click Record Deposit. Select the member, enter the amount, and save. Agatabo automatically creates the corresponding journal entry.Record deposits →
Create your first loan
Go to Loans and click Create Loan. The three-step wizard guides you through borrower details, interest and installment rules, and optional securities. Once you confirm, Agatabo generates a full repayment schedule.Create a loan →
